As a value resort, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has simplified dining options, sticking to a basic food court that services the entire resort and bar service at the main pool.

However, as food courts go, the End Zone food court has plenty of options. No matter the time of day, you and your family won’t be disappointed by your choices.

At End Zone, American classics fit the sports-themed dining space, and your kiddos will love watching the Disney sports cartoons on the many TVs. Outside at Grandstand Spirits, grownups can grab a delicious beverage to complete the island vibes of the Surfboard Bay Pool. Between these two locations, you are set for your meals whenever you’re at the resort.

Grandstand Spirits

For many, a delicious and refreshing beverage is a poolside necessity. If you are one of those people, you’re sure to love Grandstand Spirits. Located out by the Surfboard Bay Pool, Grandstand Spirits has all your favorite Disney cocktails as well as some unique offerings. These drinks are the perfect complement to your All-Star Sports dining experience.

Looking for a drink that packs a punch? Try Grandstand’s version of a Long-Island Iced Tea – the Poolside Iced Tea. This beverage combines vodka, rum, Beefeater Gin, Corazón Blanco Tequila, Cointreau and Sweet-and-Sour together, topped with a splash of Coca-Cola. Make sure you sip it slow, or you’ll feel like you’re out on the waves for sure.

We recommend the Bourbon and Strawberry Sour, a sweet and spicy concoction that goes perfectly with an afternoon by the pool. Enjoy Jim Beam Black Extra-Aged Bourbon, mixed with strawberry purée, a splash of lemon juice and Sweet-and-Sour, topped with Sprite for a bit of fizz. It’s the perfect way to have your bourbon and fruit too.

For a refreshing cocktail, the Coco-Jito brings together coconut rum, coconut water, and fresh-squeezed lime juice with a bit of soda water for effervescence. Sweet coconut flavor pairs nicely with the tartness of the lime – you’ll really have the lime in the coconut with this one.

End Zone Food Court

Open from 7:00am until 11:00pm, you’ll be able to grab food at almost any time. We do recommend trying to avoid peak times if you can, scheduling your meals a bit earlier or later than you would normally. Since End Zone is the only dining option at All-Star Sports, you’re going to find times like 8:00am, 12:00pm, and 6:00pm to be busy. Another good strategy is to send a couple people to purchase food and bring it back to the room rather than trying to find a seat, ideal if you’re trying to head out to a park or another reservation.

Breakfast

It’s important to start your day right at All-Star Sports, so you’ll want to hit that dining spot early. For those that want a hearty, protein-packed breakfast, you’ll want to start with one of End Zone’s omelets. Get a plain ham and cheese, or go for the Western with the addition of onions and green peppers. Both come with a side of breakfast potatoes to round out the meal. You can also get sides of bacon and sausage to give that protein punch to any breakfast.

Pancake lovers rejoice! There are three pancake options at End Zone – plain vanilla, mixed berry, and chocolate chip. All the versions come in stacks of three, with both bacon and sausage on the side. These make for a great shareable between two kids (or even two adults), and you can always get double bacon or sausage instead of the two different meats. It wouldn’t be a Disney breakfast without Mickey waffles – grab a platter of them, or go for the waffle bounty platter to get all your breakfast favorites in one.

While there are kid-specific options, they reflect the same as the adults. Kids have a smaller version of the bounty platter, a waffle platter, or a stack of pancakes. What makes the kids items different is that they come with a milk or water bottle. I always recommend splitting items between kids instead, or letting littles eat off your plate.

End Zone has a great bakery, with delicious pastries for breakfast. Cinnamon rolls, muffins, and croissants are just the right pick me up along with your coffee, and you can always get a protein side to balance your meal. You can also get just a side of oatmeal if you like a simpler breakfast, along with a fruit cup or banana from the cold case.

Lunch and Dinner

Starting at 11:00, End Zone switches over to lunch, and makes another switch again for dinner. While lunch and dinner do have their own specialties, most options that both the afternoon and evening meal.

Lunch Specialties

Only at lunchtime, you can get the Turkey Panini as a hearty midday meal. House-roasted turkey, cranberry mayonnaise, slices of Muenster cheese, and field greens come on flavorful multigrain bread and served with house-made chips. It’s a fun take on the classic post-Thanksgiving sandwich!

Also at lunch is a chicken quesadilla, made with two types of cheese, red pepper, corn, poblano peppers, and served with black beans and rice. Take this outside to enjoy with a Sunshine Margarita, and you’re golden.

Dinner Specialties

Every evening, you can get grilled steak, salmon, or baked chicken with the choice between two rotating sides. On Mondays and Fridays, crab cakes join the menu, adding in another seafood option. Two Asian options alternate on the other evenings, with an Asian stir-fry on Wednesday and Saturday nights and a Pork Ramen Bowl on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings.

If you’re staying for a week or so, it’s nice to try the different offerings. It definitely shakes up your All-Star Resort dining experience!

Burgers & Chicken

Grab a hearty burger, served with bacon and cheese or plain, topped with lettuce, tomato, and an incredible garlic-ranch sauce. The burger comes on a toasted brioche bun, the slight sweetness complementing the savory flavors, with crispy fries as the side. End Zone also has an amazing Chicken Avocado Sandwich – grilled chicken breast served on a ciabatta roll and topped with tomato, avocado, a spring lettuce mix, roasted red pepper, mayo spread, and French fries.

End Zone also has chicken tenders with fries and chicken wings for a simple lunch that’s sure to please your picky eaters.

Pizza & Pasta

Get a whole pizza to share or just individual slices, whichever fits your family’s needs. If you get the full pie, you also get a salad and breadsticks to accompany your meal. If multiple people at the table want pizza, the full pizza is the way to go. An entire pizza and the two sides is $30 while one super-slice and side salad is $10.50. It’s easy to see how you come out ahead with that math! End Zone has both pepperoni and cheese pizza, perfect for everyone in the family.

If you want a personal Italian meal, try the Lasagna-Pasticcio. Baked layers of spft Stracciatella cheese, savory bolognese sauce, al dente pasta, and a béchamel sauce comes topped with house-made Pomodoro sauce. End Zone also has chicken alfredo with penne pasta, and both pasta options come with a side salad or breadstick.

Salads & Plant-Based

For a lighter meal, try one of the protein-packed power salads or a classic chicken Caesar. You can also get a Plant-based Protein Burger, an all-veggie patty topped with hummus, avocado, roasted red pepper, arugula, and pickled onion served with French fries. Their other plant-based option is a chicken quesadilla, plant-based chicken with cheese alternative, red pepper, corn, red onion, and poblano pepper, served with black beans and rice on the side.

Kid’s Meals

Kids have the classic options of cheeseburger, cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, and chicken tenders. All come with a squeezable applesauce and yogurt smoothie, with the choice of milk or bottle water as the beverage. If your kiddo would rather have fries, I recommend getting the adult chicken strips and sharing between two kids or saving the extra tenders.

Desserts

Don’t skip the dessert case here! End Zone boasts a delicious chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse and a strawberry-topped white chocolate cheesecake, both of which will make you forget this is a quick-service location. The real treat though is the edible cookie dough. While all cookie dough is edible by nature, this yummy Chocolate-Chip Cookie Dough Cup leaves out the raw egg that causes concern. Soft, sweet, and fun, you’ll love the chance to snag this popular treat!

Whether you just grab breakfast in the morning or make it an all day affair, the dining options at Disney’s All-Star Resort knock their food out of the park!
