Prime your face before applying any makeup.
Step 3: Mix the Grease Paint
Mix Kryolan SupraColor grease paint in G 108 and 482 to create the perfect shade.
Step 4: Create the White Smile
Use Kryolan tooth enamel to create Ursula’s signature white smile, and let it dry.
Step 5: Draw and Blend the New Crease
Draw a new crease using black kohl pencil and blend it.
Step 6: Apply White Kohl
Apply white kohl on the waterline and just below it.
Step 7: Use Ursula Shell Brush Set
Using the Disney Ursula shell brush set, use the A18 brush to fill in the new crease using the ocean blue MAC Chroma Line.
Step 8: Add White Chroma Line
Apply Chroma Line in pure white to highlight the center of the crease to make it 3D.
Step 9: Apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow
Apply Urban Decay narcotic eyeshadow over the top to blend the shades together.
Step 10: Add White Eyeshadow
Apply white eyeshadow in the center.
Step 11: Line Below the White Under Eyes
Use black gel eyeliner to line below the white under your eyes and High Def Cyan and narcotic eyeshadow again below it.
Step 12: Draw Ursula’s Signature Eyebrows
Draw Ursula’s signature eyebrows as high as your ego using the black from the wolf face art and effects palette with a little fish hook.
Step 13: Apply Eyeshadow Above the Crease
Start with applying human skin-colored eyeshadow above the crease, followed by Bobbi Brown eyeshadow in ‘Grey’ over the top of it.
Step 14: Apply Eyeliner Winged Out
Apply black eyeliner winged out in the corner.
Step 15: Apply Darker Grey Eyeshadow
Apply a darker grey eyeshadow than previously below the eyebrows and above the new crease, but use a smoky eye liner brush on the inner corner.
Step 16: Apply Mascara and Winged Eyelashes
Apply mascara, then use extremely winged eyelashes by Inglot in 60 F, but glue them towards the center of your eyes to extend the lashes further out for a dramatic effect.
Step 17: Define a Crease
Define a crease by using Inglot dark brown gel eyeliner as well as drawing a line below the blue under your eyes also. Also, use this to draw lower lashes.
Step 18: Contour Using Kryolan
Contour using Kryolan white TV stick as your highlighter and Kryolan SupraColor in R 27 to shade.
Step 19: Draw an Extra Chin
Draw on an extra chin using the Inglot dark brown gel eyeliner.
Step 20: Apply Translucent Powder
Use translucent powder over the top.
Step 21: Start with MAC Lip Liner
For Ursula’s big juicy lips, start with MAC lip liner in Brick.
Step 22: Apply MAC Lipstick
Follow with MAC lipstick in lady danger.
Step 23: Set with Kryolan Derma Color
Make sure you use the purple on your arms as well, and set it with Kryolan derma color waterproof fixing powder.
Step 24: Use Kryolan Fixing Spray
To really set the lipstick, use Kryolan fixing spray over the top. Make sure you only use this on your body as it’s too strong for your face.
Step 25: Draw Cartoon Smile (Optional)
If you wish to have that full-on cartoon smile, you can also draw your teeth on your lips using Chromaline Pure White and draw the lips on the outside.
Step 26: Draw Brown Line and Color Lips
After the brick lip liner, draw a brown line using Inglot gel liner extending from your actual lips onto the new lips. Then color the lips using the red color in the Wolfe Art & Effects palette.
Step 27: Transform into a Human
Now it’s time to transform into a human. You can do this using any additional makeup you would like.
Step 28: You’re Done!
Congratulations, you have successfully completed the Ursula makeup look!
